VC148 Planning Scheme update

The Victoria Planning Provisions and each Planning Scheme has been updated to include the changes introduced by VC148. The single combined PDF version of schemes on each page of Planning Schemes Online is up to date.

We are still updating the individual list links to each planning scheme section which is a large job that will be completed by mid August. The links to clauses have been temporarily disabled until the update is complete.

In the meantime, we suggest you use the combined PDF version. If you require a specific updated clause document, these can be provided on request by emailing planning.support@delwp.vic.gov.au.
