The amendment implements the recommendations of the Residential Zones Standing Advisory Committee by applying the Residential Growth Zone and the Design and Development Overlay to four areas in the City of Darebin and making changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement and Local Planning Policies of the Darebin Planning Scheme in accordance with the Darebin Housing Strategy 2013
