The Amendment facilitates an integrated development opportunity at the Ormond Railway Station by rezoning the land to Comprehensive Development Zone - Schedule 1, inserts a new incorporated document into the scheme, introduces the new Parking Overlay - Schedule 10 and deletes the existing Parking Overlay - Schedule 2 from the site, makes the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for the site, and amends local clauses.
